what impact means to us

At JC Consult Group UK, impact sits at the heart of everything we do. We don’t just provide advice or strategy — we help ideas, initiatives, and organisations grow into sustainable ventures that create meaningful value for communities, industries, and future generations.

Our work spans education, the arts, social enterprise, and community engagement, with a focus on practical results and long-term impact.

We help founders and organisations develop clear operational structures, refine strategies, and build partnerships that drive growth. By combining hands-on experience with strategic guidance, we help our clients turn ideas into fully functioning organisations that thrive in the real world.

Examples of outcomes include:

  • Supporting early-stage organisations in setting up sustainable operations

  • Designing programme delivery systems for efficiency and scalability

  • Building partnerships and collaborations that strengthen reach and impact

Kaplan International Languages

I played a key role in establishing two branches at Holborn and London Bridge, supporting full operations across multiple departments including onboarding, programme design, delivery, finance, and partnerships. Within two years, these departments experienced 400% growth in profitability, demonstrating the value of strategic and operational support.

As Director, I have helped programmes reach over 25,000 participants internationally, providing access to education, technology, and creative initiatives while strengthening organisational structures and partnerships.

Impact for us goes beyond growth metrics or operational improvements. We aim to strengthen organisations, support emerging leaders, and contribute to communities through mentorship, governance, and collaborative partnerships. Every initiative we work on is guided by the belief that good ideas deserve the support and structure to thrive, regardless of background, finance, or network.

mentoring & education

I have supported students at the University of Westminster since 2013, providing mentoring and guidance in both one-to-one and group settings, including MBA students through their mentoring programme.

Since 2024, I have also been working with University College London (UCL) as a mentor and regular panelist, contributing to discussions on the charity and third sector. I was recently featured in an article highlighting professionals supporting students interested in social impact and community-focused careers.

community & governance

I currently serve as a Co-opted Governor and DEIB Governor for Prendergast School, part of the Leathersellers’ Federation.

As an alumna, I contribute to governance across policy, finance, compliance, and strategic planning, while ensuring equity, inclusion, and student wellbeing remain central to decision-making.

This role allows me to apply my experience to strengthen school operations while giving back to the local community that shaped me.
