I founded this practice to support individuals, founders, and organisations who are building meaningful work and want practical guidance to help it grow.

Born and raised in Lewisham, South London, my approach is shaped by the communities and environments that raised me. I understand first-hand that talent, ambition, and ideas exist everywhere — but access to guidance, networks, and support often does not. A core part of my work is helping to close that gap by making advice, strategy, and mentorship accessible, practical, and grounded in real experience.

My own journey into entrepreneurship began early, starting projects while still in secondary school and continuing to build ventures, partnerships, and programmes throughout my career. Those experiences taught me that successful businesses and organisations are rarely built alone — they grow through support, collaboration, and shared knowledge. Through this work, I aim to create a space where ideas can be developed openly, without gatekeeping, and where people feel supported to turn early concepts into sustainable and thriving ventures.

I come from a mixed heritage background — Filipino, Spanish, Irish, and English — which has shaped the way I move between different spaces and communities. I pride myself on being able to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds, sectors, and experiences. Whether someone is launching their first idea, leading a growing organisation, or exploring a new direction, my goal is always the same: to provide clear, honest, and practical support that helps people move forward with confidence.

Alongside commercial work, I remain actively involved in mentoring, education, and community initiatives, particularly supporting students and emerging professionals. These experiences continue to inform my approach and reinforce the belief that opportunity and leadership should be open to everyone.
